PROMOTION TO GENERAL MANAGER - ABIGAIL SHORT

We're delighted to announce that one of our team, Abigail Short, has been promoted to the position of General Manager!

Our CEO, Caroline Preston, says: "It quickly became obvious that Abigail was highly intelligent and very capable. After gaining her level 3 in Animal Welfare she began to focus on growing her commercial skills and spending more time working with the company Directors.

"Abigail has great operational skills, and her ability to create informed policies and procedures assisted the organisation to achieve its accreditation with the NAS and ADI. As a result of her continued achievements and growing ability to lead multiple departments within the organisation, Abigail earned her recent promotion to General Manager.

"When I look over the last 6 years of Abigail's life, she has grown into the person she always dreamt of being. With the support of her Assistance Dog, Abigail has conquered many fears and barriers and has become a person that our team rely on for advice, support, steer, and reassurance. The quality of the work she produces and her commitment has played a vital role in the ongoing success of our organisation, and as our General Manager she represents a very safe pair of hands for our future!"
