Autism Dogs CIC is excited to announce the launch of our new online course 'Assistance Dogs: A Practical Guide for Business Owners'!

About the course:

This course provides a comprehensive guide with detailed information about:

• The role and importance of Assistance Dogs
• Your legal obligations as a business owner
• How to interact with Assistance Dog teams.
• How reasonable adjustments can be applied to help them to access your services with confidence.

The material includes examples of real-world scenarios and thinking points to help you and your team put what you've learned into practice. You will also gain access to printable posters, a guide to making adjustments, and a digital certificate to recognise your participation in the course.

This course contains three core learning units:

• Recognising Assistance Dogs
• Reasonable Adjustments
• Welcoming Assistance Dogs
