Position: Full-time Volunteer Coordinator
Location: Head Office - Wards Ln, Congleton CW12 3LN, United Kingdom
Salary: £21,000 pro rata
Hours: Part-time, 24 hours or 3 days per week
Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to coordinate our volunteer activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be great with people, and share our love for animals. Previous experience is useful but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Volunteer Coordination: Manage and support a team of volunteers for various activities including fundraising, events, administration, marketing, puppy socialising, and dog meet and greets.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and activities.
  • Fundraising: Work closely with the fundraising team to develop and implement strategies.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to volunteer coordination and event management.
  • Marketing: Support marketing initiatives to promote the charity's mission and events.
  • Travel: Occasional travel is required for events and meetings, with driving skills being an advantage.
