We’d like to say a big thank you to Trefoil House! Trefoil House are a charity which supports the development of children and young people with additional needs in Scotland, to enable them to maximize their capabilities and achieve as much independence as possible! Scotland may seem a bit far away from us as we are based in Congleton, Cheshire, but we actually serve all of England, Scotland, and Wales!
They have kindly agreed to be a sponsor for a Scottish client, and have awarded us a grant that will cover most of the cost of the client’s Assistance Dog Programme!
The dog that will hopefully go on to bean Assistance Dog for this client is Sheprador puppy, Cookie! Cookie is currently in foster and, subject to health and temperament assessments, will start her Assistance Dog training next year!
